I had a problem with my truck when one of the sensors on my tire went out. I happened to drive by a tire shop, and they were able to replace the sensor. It was reasonable to fix, and they did it within 30 minutes. Jason, the manager, was very helpful and nice. I’ll be back soon to fix the other sensor.

It was 8 AM on a Saturday morning and I was waiting in a line of customers. I let the manager know I had to open my store so I came as soon as tire outlet opened to repair a roofing nail that was lodged in my tire from a recent roof install. She was able to get me in right away, so I could make it to work quickly and open the store and I wasn’t charged anything. I was given amazing customer service. This manager and the store is run very well. Five stars for the excellent customer service.

Brought my 1970 Plymouth Road Runner 440+6 to have the power brake booster replaced. I have been coming to Tire outlet on 2nd Street for the past 50 years. They are still in business because they know how treat customers and provide quality services at reasonable prices. Not taking away from the Tire Outlet on Alum Rock because I have been there also and continue to recommend them but John and Jason are great people. I highly recommend this establishment for any repair you can think of as well as the best prices in town for wheels and tires.

Been at this shop twice this year. First time for check engine light from cylinder misfiring. Second time to replace bad starter motor. Great service both times. Knowledgeable staff and fair prices. Our mechanic said I really needed new tires and he referred me to Tire Outlet down the street. So glad he did. Their prices are very competitive and they offer 'old fashioned' customer service. I purchased new for my Subaru Ascent and they texted me first thing in the morning and said they would let me know when the tires arrived to their shop so my car wasn't just sitting and I could run errands. I brought my car in at 2:30 and it was ready with new tires and an alignment by 5:30. Super friendly owner John who immediately introduced himself when I got there and a staff that was happy to answer all my questions. Love the convenience of communicating with me by text msg throughout the day. I didn't realize what a huge difference the new tires they recommended would make. The ride is very smooth now and will be ready for winter snow in Tahoe. So glad I brought my car in and plan to purchase tires for our other cars in the future. Thank you for the 5-star service!

Got four new tires with an 85,000-mile tread warranty, and they also took care of my oil change while I was there. The manager made sure everything went smooth and took great care of me from start to finish. Quality work, fair pricing, and a great team all around. If you haven’t checked them out yet, you should!

I have used Tire Outlet on all three of our vehicles. They consistently provide the best all around service of any auto repair I've ever used. Customer service is prompt and friendly, they provide honest, reasonable recommendations, including telling us that we do not to do a particular repair. The work is done quickly and well. We use them for all of our tire and repair needs.

Great experience at tire outlet working with John and Craig. They did my alignment and did our right thanks again guys.
Very reliable and honest mechanics. Saved my butt two separate times with a blown rear shock and damaged upper control arm. Great communication during both visits and showed the exact damage in the garage to me personally before starting work. Shoutout to Tim for the miracle work on the control arm and one of the other mechanics (whose name I’ve unfortunately forgotten) who stayed late to replace my rear shocks the first time around. Honest and fair pricing, talented technicians. One of the best garages in the bay, will be making the trip back down from the city for any future work. Highly recommend!

I have my Toyota sienna xle 2016 alignment done with tax was $126 for all 4 wheels. This place only do 4 wheels so make sure you asked first. Instead waiting 1 hr for the service I only needed to wait for 30 mins to get my car back. They did a very good job because it was steady and smooth on our way to Tahoe back and forth. The only down side was the time I have to wait to get my service since there's only 1 guy working in the front and he was busy taking too many phone calls. Beside that I would recommend this place. They have 6 months warranty for my car.
These guys are just the best. You can tell since Akin's Auto Repair suggests them. They originally helped me with all new tire sensors. I also needed two new front tires since I've been negligent in rotating them. These guys were super knowledgeable, kind, and helpful to me and what I could afford. They were able to get great tires deliver in three hours and once I got there, they replaced my tires in around 30 minutes. I won't go anywhere else now.
I needed a transmission fluid flush for my Toyota. They have the professional machine to properly do the job and it was done promptly and much lower cost than what I would have to pay at the dealership. Car is running great now. Would recommend this shop to all my friends and associates. Thanks guys!
John and his crew are excellent. Tire light on my bmw came on so I pulled into Tire Outlet. All the bays were full but they checked my tires while I parked in their driveway. They found the problem and charged me less than $50. Nice, friendly service! They earned a new customer today and I'm recommending them to my neighbors.

Took my 2016 Escalade to this shop after taking it to many shops that didn't have the right tools for a transmission fluid change. John, Ethan, and the whole team did a great job with my car and i'm very pleased with their service. Honest team with great customer service and great prices as well, I will definitely be taking my vehicles here again.
